Dismantling an old cornmeal silo with a capacity of 4 tons and constructing a new silo with a capacity of 5 tons.
The project included replacing the cornmeal silo, thus improving storage capacity and operational efficiency.
The beneficiary of this project is Ursus Brașov, a renowned producer in the beer industry.

Project Challenges on site:

• Cutting the old silo into pieces for removal through the window (window dimensions: 2500 mm x 1300 mm).
• The old silo was 20 years old and had been constructed on-site.
• Construction of the new silo and its placement in the final position. The project was carried out in collaboration with Kunzel, a German company that supplied all the necessary materials.
• Installation of rotary valves and the conveyor at a height (over 4000 mm), ensuring the optimal operation of the system in its new configuration.
