The Dark Mass project began as a challenge from a highly important client in the food industry—one of the region’s key players in chocolate production. Their objective was to find an efficient technical solution for cooling chocolate and to upgrade an existing process line. What unfolded became a story of engineering ingenuity, cross-border coordination, and dedicated teamwork.
